ProductBuild names, wording, and materials must not be used to impersonate ProductBuild or make misleading claims to a client or prospective client.

Links to third-party services do not change the separate terms that those providers apply.

This site does not state or imply that ProductBuild is a UK-incorporated company before incorporation. It does not select governing law or publish a liability limitation on behalf of a company that does not yet exist.

Any liability allocation, governing law, dispute process, and legal-entity details for paid work must be stated by the actual legal engager in the applicable signed agreement.

Site updates may reflect changes to services or operating arrangements, but they do not replace an agreement already signed for specific work.
