Clear boundaries for the information you choose to share.

Data categories may include your name, email address, company or team, role, project or partnership details, internship information, message content, and basic technical delivery records.

ProductBuild uses this information to route and respond to enquiries, assess fit, arrange conversations, maintain relevant correspondence, prevent misuse, and meet applicable record-keeping duties.

If you separately join product updates, ProductBuild uses your email address to send occasional ProductBuild product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Enquiry information is not used for marketing without separate consent.

Cal.com supports booking details and Tally supports project brief and future internship form submissions. Loading an embedded tool sends basic technical request data to that provider before you book or submit.

Before you book or submit, the relevant provider may receive your IP address, browser or device details, requested page or referrer, and timestamp when its embedded resources load.

If you book, Cal.com may also process your name, email address, time zone, selected time, booking answers, and technical usage data under its privacy terms.

If you submit a Tally form, Tally stores the answers and any optional files you attach on ProductBuild's behalf. ProductBuild also receives a submission notification in its email service and mailbox.

If you use the direct-email fallback, your email provider also processes the message under its own terms.

Hosting and content-delivery providers may process your IP address, browser or device details, requested URLs, timestamps, and security signals. They may set essential security cookies to protect and deliver the site.

Cloudflare may load only when a hosted analytics token is configured, to provide aggregate country, page, referrer, device, and performance reporting. It does not identify individual visitors or turn them into identifiable contacts.

When you choose a booking or form workflow, campaign forwarding to Cal.com and Tally carries only approved campaign parameters.

The site loads Instrument Sans from Google Fonts. This request may provide Google with your IP address, browser details, and the page making the request under Google privacy terms.

Non-client booking, project, partner, and collaborator enquiries are retained for 12 months. Unsuccessful internship expressions of interest are retained for 6 months.

Active-client records and records that must be kept for legal reasons are governed by the later service agreement and applicable law.

These periods apply to working copies in Tally and the ProductBuild mailbox. Provider deletion or backup cycles may retain deleted copies for a limited additional period under provider terms.

Records may be removed earlier when they are no longer needed and no legal or contractual reason requires retention.

Send access, correction, or deletion requests to founder@productbuild.com. ProductBuild may need to verify the request before acting and may retain records where an agreement or applicable law requires it.

You may choose not to submit a form and can contact founder@productbuild.com directly.

Withdrawing a request does not change processing that was required before the request was received.
